At Aitken's Western, we work with a range of suppliers and manufacturers across Australia to bring you quality western and equine products.
Shipping Timeframes
Most orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days and delivered within 4–14 business days, depending on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order.
Please note that some items may be shipped directly from our suppliers or manufacturers. As a result, products within the same order may arrive separately and at different times.
Multiple Shipments
To provide the widest range of products possible, we source items from various locations throughout Australia. This means:
- Orders may be fulfilled from multiple warehouses.
- You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
- Items may arrive in separate deliveries.
- Delivery times can vary between products.
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. If your order is being sent in multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking notifications.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather events
- Public holidays
- Regional and remote delivery locations
- Supplier stock transfers
Out of Stock Items
In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to discuss the available options, including waiting for restock, selecting an alternative product, or receiving a refund.
Australian Deliveries
We currently ship Australia-wide. Delivery times to rural and remote areas may exceed the estimated shipping timeframe.
