At Aitken's Saddlery, we work with a combination of local stock and trusted supplier networks, including drop shipping partners, to fulfil orders efficiently.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the product location and supplier.

  • Standard delivery timeframe: 3–14 business days
  • Some drop shipped items may take up to 14 business days to arrive

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or supplier availability.

Drop Shipping Items

Some items are shipped directly from our suppliers. These products:

  • May be dispatched from different warehouses
  • Can have longer delivery times (up to 14 business days)
  • May arrive separately if you order multiple items

We work closely with our suppliers to ensure all orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Some supplier-shipped items may have limited tracking updates until they arrive in Australia or are scanned by the local courier network.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location.

Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:
